Before her fall from grace, the Cascade Kitchen Counselor, or CKC, was considered a rising star in the Public Defenders Office, but after taking on Lefty as a client, her luck seemed to turn sour...Obviously enamored with her new client, she began to veer from the path of justice into the life of decadence and abandon enjoyed by Lefty...

However, lacking Lefty's talents acquired by his living a lifetime on the edge of the law, the CKC soon found herself facing her own charges in her attempts to keep Lefty out of trouble...Even her alliance with Mr. C.N. Spitt, Esq. as co-counsel representing Lefty at trial couldn't keep her from losing her freedom and law license...

After her arrest, she used her court influence to be assigned a cell adjoining Lefty's usual jail accommodations for easier access to his briefs...Following her release on probation, the CKC's movements were restricted to a lesbian halfway house and her part-time job as towel folder at Madame Pearl's House of Sapphic Pleasure using skills learned in the prison laundry...
