Lefty's family historian, and our own genealogy correspondent Dan files this story, "Lefty's father, Swifty, was in the Army in WW II and his job was to get the WAACs off to work every morning. Young Lefty heard this every day and asked his teacher what 'WAACs off' means. The teacher, a cross-dressing poofter, showed him how to do it, and Lefty has been doing it every day since then."
Editor's note: The same teacher told little Lefty to use the word "penis" in a sentence...Young Lefty replied, "The doctor he gimme this cup and he say pee'nis"...
