Lefty got lucky at the military dance this weekend...He introduced himself as Col. Lefty of the Mounted Horse Marines, a famous war hero, even though he was only there to park cars in his valet's uniform...The young lady asked him if soldiers ever get lonesome for their girlfriends while they're in battle...
He said, "Yes ma'am, we soldiers never know if or when we'll ever get some more nookie"...
She said, "That's terrible, Colonel, when did you last get laid?"...
Lefty replied, "1955, ma'am"...
The young lady said, "Col. Lefty, that's awful...Let's go to my room, and we'll get that pressure relieved right away"...
Lefty looked at his watch and said, "Well, ma'am, it's only 2100 hours right now, but I'll see what I can do for you"...
Military reporter Dan files this update, "Col. Lefty actually was in the Horse Marines ... His official title was 'Horse's Aid', but most people substituted the more familiar term instead of 'Aid' ..."
Update: Col. Lefty also had a shovel-twirling act following the parade horses that really dazzled the audiences...
