Two men, alleged to be brothers, are preparing to challenge drug laws claiming ambiguity...One of the men, identified only as "Lefty," said, "The law says we can have pot for our own personal use, and all we had was one joint..."
The other man, known by the initials "RHM," said, "We borrowed 2 1/2 pounds of pot from our landlord's stash plus his Sunday Chronicle to roll the joint, and now the police won't give it back...Mr. Airlines is going to be so mad..."
