A homeless derelict, so far identified only as "Lefty," has been detained by authorities having been found in a homeowner's front yard wearing only underwear...It is unclear at this time whether the brown and yellow colored underwear are his, since he was unable to produce a receipt, but it is unlikely at this point that theft charges will be filed as no one is expected to claim ownership...
No charges have been filed, and police are trying to find another agency to take jurisdiction, but so far no one will claim the derelict even though several warrants are outstanding...
